We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Fraud Analytics Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Monitor fraud trend and develop new analytical controls to minimize fraud losses and costs
• Manage the analytics process to support the business
• Maintain proper documentation and process flow to ensure ease of processing and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• University graduate or above, major in data analytic / statistics / programming will be an advantage.
• At least 2-5 years' working experience in risk analytics, data science or system development / risk related field.
• Programming knowledge with Python and/or SAS system will be an advantage.
• Strong analytics skill to assess multiple attributes, analyze for outcomes and make decisions that deliver against all components of the business.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
