Principal Responsabilities:

Information Management job family is designed to cater towards all the data needs of business. It covers sourcing of data and building structured data lakes, designing data marts, creating reports, executing campaigns, generating business insights and hosting data in Cloud. Key responsibilities also include, but not limited to: creation of a robust data foundation and continuous update of datasets, support campaigns execution, develop self-serve solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions. This team also acts as a bridge between IT and other stakeholders in the organization, such as business and analytic teams.

5 disciplines are defined today, that relates to various aspects of our dynamic organization, but may be reviewed from time to time subject to business needs:

  • MIS & Reporting
  • Campaign Management
  • Business Applications

The role of Head of Information Management has a direct reporting line to the Head of CRM & Customer Data Platforms and will be accountable for all aspects of CRM, customer data & information management. He/she will be responsible for driving the agenda and embedding best practices across multiple teams, ensuring full connectivity to business priorities and to global roadmap. This position will play a lead role in setting the customer data strategy across WPB, developing new CRM capabilities, managing customer communication and campaign platform and integral campaign management strategies across the business, whilst growing the data & CRM talent pool in the GACMx.

The role holder will indirectly generate business profitability via the structuring of data and information for the proper identification of growth opportunities and efficiencies to increase the value through campaigns and lead strategy management. He/She has direct responsibility of the incremental revenue created from centrally generated inputs and data for CRM leads, and is a key enabler and indirectly accountable WPB total revenues.

This leadership role involves leading 8-12 FTEs; people management responsibility including leading a talented and experienced data engineers through the optimal delivery of their personal objectives. A key success measure for the role will be to provide a scalable and augmentable resource pool to deliver Analytics and CRM deliverables to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Having Bachelor degree in one of these preferred disciplines: economics, computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, econometrics, management information system, communications, operations research
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer data management within the banking industry in Mexico is desirable.
  • Experience in running Data and Analytic teams and a proven track record in establishing a high performance and efficient Data & Information Management unit.
  • Excellent communication skills (both in English and Spanish) in order to influence a wide range of audiences in different organization layers / geographies.
  • Experience with a Consulting organization and practices and Program/Project Management
  • Strong track record of managing and leading large teams
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
  • Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to produce high quality reports which are articulate and effectively deliver the right message to the recipients
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations.
  • Client/Account Management experience and/or P&L Management Experience is a plus
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Exhibit self-motivated, self-starter behaviors. Good communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player; able to work members of different skills and experiences. Comfortable to operate in a complex matrix structure with multiple stake holders.
