Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead a team of data analytics managers to provide career progression, mentorship and support across product squads. Deliver scalable data architecture and data products to drive decision making across Nike's Global functions. Serve as a domain specialist on data and business process within area of focus. Translate complex business problem statements into analytics requirements and work with internal customers to define data product details based on expressed partner needs. Lead structured, end-to-end analysis to inform product strategy, data architecture and reporting decisions. Design future state data architectures by applying data requirements, data profiles and business rules to current state architectures. Drive data architecture that implements consistency across the data landscape with an emphasis on single sources of truth. Perform extensive data profiling to understand data behavior and business rules. Drive adoption of and socialize data products with end users through user training. Create frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics. Support standard methodologies in reporting and analysis, such as, data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation. Establish SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs demonstrating standard query syntax.

Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Electronics Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Electronics Engineering and 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

• Query Languages and Business Application Languages, such as, ABAP, and SQL;
• Online Transactional Processing systems, such as, SAP R/3, and SAP Netweaver;
• Online Analytical Processing systems and platforms, such as, SAP Business Intelligence;
• Enterprise Data Warehouses;
• Data acquisition tools, such as, SAP BI Data Acquisition extractors;
• Data query tools, such as, SAP BI - Query Analysis;
• Data visualization tools, such as, Business Objects and Xcelsius;
• Transactional data tools, such as, SAP Enterprise Central Component;
• Supply Chain Tools and systems, such as, Supply Chain Management;
• Supplier Management tools and systems, such as, SAP Supplier Relationship Management;
• Planning tools and systems, such as, SAP Integrated planning
