Nike USA Inc., Beaverton, OR. Analyze and use data to optimize content for Nike consumers incorporating a wide variety of signals, data types, and sources. Create learning agendas focusing on applying advanced analytics and experimental design to answer strategic questions about consumer behavior and engagement across Nike digital experiences and communication channels. Drive data driven audience selection, targeting and segmentation strategies in partnership with key partners. Collaborate with Nike marketing leaders, to help them build, deliver, and optimize a world class personalized marketing contact for the worldwide Nike consumer. Partner closely with multi-functional analytics team to create and implement scalable insights to drive consumer engagement and growth. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
