NIKE USA Inc., Boston, MA. Analyze business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and retail knowledge. Solve complex data problems demonstrating analytical and statistical rigor. Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets. Execute quantitative analysis to drive and validate analytics solution requirements. Monitor and solve operational or data issues in the data pipelines. Develop frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products, supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics. Utilize data sources and statistical analyses, such as sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data mining techniques. Utilize best design and implementation practices in data.

Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Project Management and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

• Languages, including Python, R, SQL, and Tableau;
• Data Analysis;
• Data Mining;
• Statistics;
• Data Visualization;
• Data Reports;
• Data Modeling; and
• Database Systems.
