Job Description

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

• Partnering with cross functional team(claim/underwriting/actuarial/sales management) to define, build and implement relevant analytics solutions to increase corporate revenue
• Collaborate with external vendors to explore health analytics opportunities
• Design and implement machine learning models

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

• Total 5 year+ working experience, 3+ years of experience in data and analytics function
• 2 years+ Python/SAS coding experience is must
• 2+ ML projects lead (owner) experience
• Strong data analytics capability and execution experience, including (but not limit to) risk scoring, prediction modeling and segmentation
• Fluent verbal and written executive communication and presentation skills both in Mandarin and English
• Willing to take challenges, self-sufficient, intellectually curious and result driven

Education and Other Requirements:

• Master degree+ in MIS, Statistics, Computer science, Mathematics, Business Management, Marketing or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have one of the following domain knowledge: life insurance, bank, health care, or digital marketing.
• Good to have cross-functional project experience
• Good to have proof of concept (POC) projects with external vendors
• Experience with visualization tools, e.g., Tableau.
• Good to have Knowledge on MLOps environment for machine learning models
• Good to have experience using visualization tools, e.g., Tableau.
