About the team: The Growth Data Science team helps supercharge CVS Health’s bold growth missions by pairing the best-in-class data science solutions with focused growth strategies. The team works with business partners and peer teams for identifying growth opportunities and bridge the need through measurable advanced data science solutions.
About the position: The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery. The role will be leading teams that work with stakeholders for growth opportunity identification and quantification, design/develop/implement best data science solutions that fit the need, and measure impact of the work and own the on-going management of the solution. In addition, this role will also mentor other junior team members.
