Other Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to design and implement the Sales & Marketing functional architecture. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective solutions on CRM & ERP platform.
  • Responsible to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the Sales & Marketing business processes. This includes recommending best practices, proposing out of the box functionalities, and leveraging automation capabilities within the system.
  • Responsible to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into functional designs as per standard industry best practices and provide alternate business process or solution options.
  • Responsible to lead with architectural thought leadership to analyze multiple solution options, model through proof-of-concepts, and implement new processes and tools to maximize business benefits and achieve capability roadmap objectives.
  • Responsible to provide oversight for the implementation of the CRM & ERP systems, collaborating with technical teams and functional consultants. This involves working hands-on to configure the system, integrating with other modules, and performing testing to ensure a smooth deployment.
  • Applies new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, data mining, etc and add value to the business process & solutions.
  • Ability to scale up or down their role as per need, act as Functional analyst or Business Process Analyst.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • Strong and deep experience of Lead to Cash line of business focused on Sales and Marketing in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong integration experience with Variant Configuration, Production Planning & Procurement, Logistics Execution, Global Trade, Finance and Service Management.
  • 10-15 years’ experience required focus emphasis on implementing CRM, CPQ and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment for Sales & Marketing processes.
  • 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in SAP S/4 – Customer Management & Sales with Variant configuration.
  • Experience working on a CRM system such as SFDC, SAP C/4, MS Dynamics or equivalent.
  • Experience working on a CPQ system such as SAP CPQ (formerly Callidus), Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick) or equivalent, for complex CTO /ETO / MTO scenarios with native or imported product configuration capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of external product configurators such as ConfigAir, Configit, SAP SSC, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM & CPQ application with knowledge of Deal Management capabilities
  • Experience with Solution Sales Offering to combine hardware, software, and services with subscription billing preferred.
  • Ability to draw out detail process flows, solution design & architecture, fit-gap analysis, integration design, solutions assessment matrix, etc.
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading large programs & projects. Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing sales & marketing processes for Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or other equipment manufacturers.
  • Experience in a large multi-year transformation program in a similar role is preferred.
  • 10+ years of SAP CRM & ECC Sales & Marketing experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years SAP S4 Hana experience strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $119,000.00 - $255,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
