Job Description

• New analytic model & solution development for customer that enhances Lam tool performance.
• Drive customized machine learning technologies to delivers improved process efficiencies, speed to solution, yield and productivity to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with AT/PG to support data science related customer projects & problem solving for Lam hardware penetration and defense.
• Communicate with SW Development to advance and to customize EI products at customers.
• Identify probable root causes thru data analysis & suggest corrective/preventive maintenance actions.
• Communicate with customer & AT engineers for machine learning development roadmap alignment.
• Provide data science related subject guidance and training to AT engineers and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in one of the core engineering fields (electrical, mechanical, or chemical eng), physics, chemistry, or data science
• Total 10-15 year of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in analytic methodology development with coding ability (R, Python, C/C++, or Java) with familiarity in SQL & Unix like OS.
• In-depth knowledge & proven expertise in statistics and machine learning.
• Solid mathematics knowledge to develop machine learning algorithms (Linear Algebra, Probability, Optimization).
• Semiconductor, display, solar cell, and battery industries experiences and good understanding of process & hardware for equipment systems will be a plus.
