Job Description

The Essentials

• Five or more years experience in data manipulation software programs, such as Excel, SAS, Jasper, producing forecasts, statistical analysis, report automation, data cleansing or modeling.
• Five (5) years of experience designing, building, and analyzing advanced analytics projects.
• Expertise with visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Experience gathering business requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

The Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business or related field.
• PMP, Data Science or Data Analytics Certifications. 
• Technical expertise and familiarity with SAP, SQL, data analytics, system configuration, and reporting protocols.
• Experience identifying business gaps, developing scope change controls to address business gaps, and coordinating with process owners to implement improvements
• Knowledge of SAP HANA/HADOOP reporting, Data warehousing and ETL process.

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
