Job Description

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • Track, research, and analyze complex data on program operations, which includes contractor leads, enrollments, installations, and equipment inventory. Monitor contractor expenditures against their purchase orders and complete forecasts based on their performance and production.
  • Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of various program efforts. Provide weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to internal and external collaborators.
  • Provide budget monitoring and reconciliation support such as tracking accruals, chargebacks and inventory credits, and reviewing contractor charges.
  • Ensure program operations comply with CPUC decisions and rulings and align to policies and procedures. Verify accuracy and completeness of program records.

Qualifications

The Essentials

  • Five or more years experience in data manipulation software programs, such as Excel, SAS, Power BI, Jasper, statistical analysis, or modeling.
  • Three years experience in business operations or project management support.
  • Experience using software tools within the MS Suite such as Word, PowerPoint and Visio to present information.

The Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business or related field.
  • PMP, Data Science or Data Analytics Certifications.
  • Experience working for income qualified programs.
  • Proven experience identifying customer and business problems and support the creation of product requirements and plans to pursue opportunities to address identified problems.
  • Experience in supporting, planning, and organizing multiple projects, including contract management, monitoring, and reporting project status, and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, manage risks appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
