Today, Electronic Warfare (EW) is a growing enterprise - protecting the warfighter and our national security against ever-adapting threats. The Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) at Leidos currently has an opening for an experienced software engineer to support an exciting new program in San Diego which utilizes novel machine learning concepts and techniques to advance the state of the art. You will be on a team implementing advanced signal processing and machine learning algorithms and develop operational software.
The selected individual will develop new software solutions to interface with new and existing RF hardware. He/she is expected to support the full range of functions to include developing new software engineering
concepts/methodologies, implementing complex signal processing/machine learning algorithms, testing and deploying a real-time operational prototype system. The selected individual will be responsible for using sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant, and reusable, including providing software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
