WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your trainee program – what awaits you

• Find out what you're really good at - 18 months in different departments, such as CRM, BI & Data Projects, Risk Modelling, Risk Steering, Data Governance or Finance Enablement
• No off-the-shelf trainee program – individual deployment planning that takes your strengths into account
• During your time as a trainee, you will support your team in setting up and expanding infrastructure and databases, for example. You help to create a database from large structured and unstructured databases from different data sources and to analyze and interpret it
• You visualize your results in a way that is appropriate for the addressee
• Regular feedback discussions that help you to become even better
• Building a bank-wide network that supports you in your next step
• Accompaniment by a mentor who promotes your personal development
• A training program tailored to the target group of trainees

Your profile - that's what you bring with you

• You have completed a degree in natural sciences, economics or social sciences, computer science or a similar field of study
• You have a fascination for large amounts of data
• You have knowledge of relevant programming languages ??(e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, R) from your studies, and ideally you have already been able to use them in practice
• Ideally, you have already gained your first professional experience in the form of internships or working student activities and you are keen to bring this to us and deepen it
• You speak both fluent German and very good English
• You have a strong analytical understanding and a high affinity for tools and processes
• You are a team player and enjoy working in international and agile teams
• You have a high willingness to learn, a high level of performance motivation and are characterized by your hands-on mentality and flexibility
