We have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Crime Modelling Manager to join Santander, this role will report into the team manager of the Transaction Monitoring Analytics.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver models with a small team of financial crime analysts and data scientists to increase the efficiency of the bank’s financial crime control framework.
In this ‘hands-on’ role beyond managing the small team and effectively prioritising incoming stakeholder requirements, you will also design and build rule based and statistical models for the detection of financial crime risks. As a manager, you are also expected to train and mentor junior data analysts, scientists and data science apprentices as well as to lead financial crime projects.

1st Stage – Technical Interview – this will a 30min technical interview with one of the team
