Internship in the area of HR digitalization (m/f/d)

You are an important part of a small, quick-witted team and work in an exciting and international environment. With your work, you personally contribute to the successful development of the employee experience at John Deere in Germany and Europe. As an intern (f/m/d) in the area of HR digitalization, discover the diverse field of activity of our team and put your theoretical knowledge to the test in practice. You support us in developing solutions to automate our HR business processes.

These tasks await you:

  • Analysis of existing processes and development of process automation together with internal customers
  • Support in strategic projects with a focus on standardization, optimization and automation of our HR processes
  • Independent automation of small and medium-sized HR processes
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of projects in the area of ​​data analytics and process automation in human resources

This is what you bring with you:

  • Knowledge of using automation programs (e.g. MS Power Automate) and basic knowledge of programming are an advantage
  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working
  • Study computer science, business informatics, engineering, science, mathematics, business administration or a comparable course of study, preferably in an advanced semester
  • Ideally, you will have initial relevant experience in the process and technology environment
  • You have a good understanding of business processes
