Job Description

.As a Data Wrangler for Horicon Works located in Horicon, Wisconsin, you will innovate new practices to turn information into action for our manufacturing and operations partners. In addition, you will:

• Design and build manufacturing data pipelines for consumption
• Create interactive visualization and operational tools for end-users
• Optimize and enhance existing applications for the highest level of efficiency and usability
• Experiment with advanced analytics for manufacturing (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning)
• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions across all of Horicon operations

What Skills You Need

• 2 or more years of experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R)
• 2 or more years of experience with database systems (MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• 1 or more years of experience self-managing analytics projects from prototype to production

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience developing applications using Ignition by Inductive Automation
• Experience using Data Bricks or Atleryx
• Experience with manufacturing-related datasets from SAP, MPP, JDAAT

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
