We build analytical/ML/AI components, construct prototypes, create solution architecture and implement advanced products. We apply the latest algorithms to obtain information from text, process large volumes of data, create predictive models and intelligent automation solutions.

Your main tasks

The role of the Tech Lead is to design solutions, divide and accept work within the project team, provide mentoring and substantive support for team members, ensure the efficient implementation of solutions/products while maintaining good programming practices, and communicate with internal and external clients.

Needed skills and experience:

• Completed higher education (preferred fields are computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields)
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of machine learning algorithms (including deep learning) and issues related to the use of artificial intelligence (including generative models)
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including LLM
• Very good knowledge of programming languages ​​(Python)
• Experience in using machine learning tools (Tensorflow, scikit-learn, pyTorch, h2o, Kedro, Kubeflow, Katib, MLFlow)
• Ability to design the architecture of AI solutions (including cloud solutions, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Unix/Linux
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing machine learning projects, including at least 2 years of experience in leading a project team
• Experience in agile methodologies and in working with tools supporting team collaboration in terms of task prioritization, code creation, version control (GIT), documentation
• Passion for creating complete Data Science solutions/products
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to communicate technical content in an accessible way
• Good knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written

An additional advantage will be:

• Knowledge of tools for processing large data sets (Spark, Databricks)
• Experience in processing unstructured data (OpenSearch, FAISS, Neo4j)
• Experience in designing solutions based on microservices
• Knowledge of systems for automating deployment, scaling and managing applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in creating simple web interfaces and services (HTML, FastAPI, Plotly, Streamlit)
