At Business Consulting we carry out business strategy projects, process optimization and change management. At Technology Consulting we develop solutions linked to the areas of Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP, Automation of business processes (RPA, NLP...), Cloud environment, etc.

We create, deploy, and operate our D&A assets and solutions through on-site, nearshore, and offshore teams, artificial intelligence labs, and innovation centers like Wavespace®. Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Data Engineer Manager with at least 6 years of experience in the management and implementation of solutions and/or projects related to this area, both nationally and internationally, into our Data & Analytics team.

Functions:

• Leadership in the identification, generation and development of commercial opportunities (elaboration of proposals both at an economic and functional/technical level).
• Together with the client, lead the design and implementation of personalized solutions that allow the strategic objectives to be achieved and the development of business strategy projects from the complete data exploitation/prediction life cycle.
• Team leadership for the development of analysis projects, design and implementation of solutions based on Data & Analytics technologies.
• Direct contact with the client and taking functional requirements
• Expose data from different systems (for example, via API)
• Work with cutting-edge multicloud technologies (mainly Azure and AWS) such as Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Apache Airflow, Redshift, Kubernetes, MongoDB, among others and using Python as the main programming language.
• Develop, maintain and optimize high-quality, reliable and robust data pipelines that convert data flows into added value for our clients.
• Model and architecture the data infrastructure building streaming solutions (real time) and batch processing.
• Design and deploy microservices for the development and production of Machine Learning models and data tools.
• Creation and maintenance of ETL and ELT processes.
• Ensuring that the big data cloud solution can scale to meet the growing data needs of our customers.
• Ensure that the big data cloud solution is secure and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• Developing data services that are fit-for-purpose, resilient, scalable, and future-proof to meet user needs.
• Able to recognize and exploit business opportunities.

 Requirements:

• Master's degree / University degree in Engineering, Administration and Management of companies or related branches. Highly valued to have an MBA or postgraduate degree in Economics and Finance.
• Minimum experience of 6 years developing the functions described in a consulting environment for projects linked to Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data or Digital Transformation executed based on agile methodologies and experience in solutions based on Machine Learning.
