EY Consulting is divided into two large areas: Business Consulting and Technology Consulting. At Business Consulting we carry out business strategy projects, process optimization and change management. At Technology Consulting we develop solutions linked to the areas of Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP, Business Process Automation (RPA, NLP...), Cloud environment, etc.

Currently we need to integrate an RPA Junior Consultant to participate in projects of high technological complexity and in an international environment.

Features:

• Analysis of the current situation of business processes and operations.
• Design and documentation of process improvement/optimization proposals.
• Development/configuration of technological solutions (mainly on BPM and RPA software) that support optimization.
• Design and testing of the developments carried out.
• Implementation and/or putting into production of solutions (both technological and functional).
• Support during the operation or execution of the new functions and solutions implemented.
• Support in the identification and planning of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Definition and validation of KPIs, metrics and reports associated with the performance and operation of the processes.
• Proof of concept and demos of process automation solutions.

Requirements:

We are looking for computer, industrial, telecommunications, software/systems engineers or related branches with at least 1 year of experience developing the functions described and interest in the field of business process automation, artificial intelligence and NLP.

Skills, Knowledge and abilities required:

• Programming knowledge (preferably with experience or knowledge in BPM or RPA tools).
• Experience/knowledge in Uipath or BluePrism will be highly valued.
• Results oriented.
• Willing or accustomed to high-performance teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility for your continuous training.

Computer skills / other knowledge:

• Programming languages ​​(Java, C, VB, Python, etc).
• BPM (Appian, Biazagi, JPM, etc).
• RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc).
