Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist Manager to lead our data management team. As a Data Scientist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of data science projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management solutions that meet business requirements, improve data quality, and enable efficient data access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning algorithms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools and techniques.

• Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and test assumptions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science techniques and tools.

• Work independently as well as in a team environment to deliver projects within the timeline and budget.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Participate in peer code review to ensure code quality and standards are being met.

• Mentor junior members of the team on best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 9 years of experience in data analysis and modeling.

• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, keras, etc.).

• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

• Familiarity with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
