The Dublin-based Marsh McLennan Innovation Centre (#MMCIC) is an exciting, strategic R&D tech hub that delivers industry-leading digital solutions for clients and colleagues. The IC is hiring engineers to contribute to Marsh McLennan’s Large Language Model capability.

What you need to have: 

• Full Stack knowledge 
• Super inter-personal skills, e.g. comfortable interacting with colleagues across multiple levels in the firm using technical and non-technical language
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Strong self-starter and teamwork skills
• Effective time management 
• Problem Solving / Creativity 

Nice to have (but not essential as it can be learned)

• React, JS, Python, LangChain
