WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a consultant, you will join the Workforce Strategy & Analytics practice, which focuses on leveraging data science to improve workforce outcomes for our clients. You will work side-by-side with other data scientists to solve problems for our clients; structure, merge, clean, and analyze data; perform advanced statistical analyses, including developing and deploying statistical models; visualize data in ways that tell a compelling story; contribute to client presentations and generate recommendations for clients to implement; and help create and improve analytical tools. You will work with large and unique data sets, using a cutting-edge analytics technology stack. We hire amazing people and give them autonomy and responsibility from the start.
