Job Description

• Support the HP Commercial Team in creating and implementing its Data Strategy with alignment to the Global Data Excellence Team.
• Develop a ROPU-wide framework and/or process of efficiently addressing data analytics use-cases from identification to solution with collaboration and alignment with the Global GTM Team.
• Enable HP ROPU ASKAN in generating relevant and actionable insights through internal analytical platform by continuously supporting adoption and enhancements platform.
• Use analytics workbench and other relevant platforms or application to identify patterns in data, similarities across groups of customers and generate insights.
• Continuously build and improve dashboards for cross-channel marketing and sales engagements; Generate cross customer, product and country insights through collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
• Support in enabling self-service analytics in broader AI&F team in HP ROPU ASKAN as the need and opportunity arise.
• Drive local business user’s adaption of strategy and reporting of outcomes by providing actionable recommendations to business and track & measure the impact of the implementation of the recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Math, and other related courses
• Experience in Multi-channel Analytics, front-end development, customization of dashboards and development of user interfaces are a must.
• Minimum years’ experience of 5 years and have good understanding of data science and digital marketing analytics (data specific to CRM, Website analytics, Search, Mobile Apps, conversion funnel, customer journey, etc)
• Data modelling, data cleansing, handling schemas and identification of relevant data attributes
• Job Expertise: Tableau, SQL, and other related advanced analytical skills.
• Develop attribution model to correlate impact of various marketing activities to sales
• Predictive modelling, statistics and heavy focus on segmentation techniques
• Configuration and setup of reporting
• Ability to extract data from diverse sources: AWS, SQL, Web APIs, etc.
• Communicating complex relationships to business users
• Experience developing web tools;
• Experience in software development and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong business acumen: The role requires someone who will be able to understand BI’s business model and also the impact of technology and algorithms.
• Strong presentation skills: It also requires the person to be able to explain statistical and mathematical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Influencing people to make data driven decisions is one of the core missions of the group.
