Lenovo is seeking an EMEA AI Junior Business Development Manager to help us scale our artificial intelligence business and work directly with the most interesting AI start-ups realizing their solutions with Lenovo's product portfolio and engaging the most demanding EMEA customers to understand their requirements and turn them into reality.

Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, partnering with AI startups, building sales initiatives, and managing a strong sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background that enables them to engage and interact at the CxO/VP level, and to easily interact with software developers and architects. He/she should also demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a go-to-market plan for AI
• Work and team with AI partners/startups to drive adoption for Lenovo AI products and solutions.
• Introduce partners/startup solutions into Lenovo EMEA enterprise and global customers.
• Drive revenue and market share for Lenovo AI
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual P&L targets
• Build and drive a robust pipeline
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to scale impact.
• Represent Lenovo on AI at public events or blogs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• 3+ years direct field experience working with Startups
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years working domain experience in artificial intelligence, or related technologies
• Experience working with technology customers and partners
