Job Description

The Motorola’s Marketing Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) analyst provides direction, comprehensive applicable data, guidance, and assistance to promote interactions and experiences with B2B customers during its journey with Motorola. 

This person will create and execute B2B CRM projects/tactics that increase the value of our client´s base over time, using marketing technologies and a big data stack.

This role has been chartered to support functionality (email marketing and push notification) that will help Motorola for Business scaling up our audience, nurturing deep relationships with our base, increase brand equity and test new tactics to retain our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create customers segmentations on Marketo
  • Execute A/B tests and generate insights to improve business performance
  • Create push campaigns on Engage (internal Motorola’s system) and analyze results
  • Create, develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive strategy to collect, segment, analyze and integrate customer´s expectations, preferences and aversions into marketing functions across all products
  • Build reports and strategic business recommendations by analyzing dashboards and processing data
  • Manage contacts with different professionals and key stakeholders: IT, Brand, E-commerce, Regional Marketing, Sales, Insurance teams.
  • Make decisions based on data analysis. Maintain the integrity of the CRM system, including updates, refinements and overall database.

Requirements:

  • experience in using Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert certification is a great differential) and overall B2B CRM
  • Bachelor Degree (but not limited to): Marketing, Data Science, Data engineering or any similar degree as long as the candidate has proven experience in this discipline
  • HTML programming language, with SQL being a plus (not mandatory)
  • Understanding of the development and deployment of CRM activities
  • Be dynamic, with excellent interpersonal communication and organizational agility
  • strong analytical skills, generating insights to improve business performance
  • Be extremely organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and/or other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, RD Station, etc.)
  • Experience in marketing operations and demand generation b2b campaign
  • fluency in English,
