Description and Requirements
Role

• In this position, you are expected to lead your team members on one or more of the following R&D and management areas to provide cutting edge solutions or core technologies for Intelligence Global Services:
• Conversational AI (chatbot, Voicebot, IVR Bot)
• ASR (speech Recognition)
• AI/ML based Recommendation Engine
• At this senior management level, you are required to have an overall understanding of corporate AI landscape and set visions/roadmaps in its directions with senior members of the team, support global services team achieve customer satisfaction with AI technology.
• Key Interaction with:
• Global IDG Services Group
• China AI Lab Team
• US Big Query Team
• BT/IT Global Team
• Business Trip (Location, frequency):
• US, Brazil, EMEA, India, Local China City, etc.
• Normally, 1-2 weeks Per Business Trip. Every 4-6 months. 

Career Path?

• 8+ years of experience, master and above degree, implementation of global artificial intelligence or machine learning projects, or experience in leading data scientist organizations, capable of large-scale project management and cross-regional country team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to cultivate machine learning scientists through hiring, mentoring /growth, and continuously challenge but obtain continuous and firm support, building a strong team and deliver solid results.

Required Skills

• Promote AI culture, capabilities, and distill AI/Growth/Design Thinking mindset across the team
• Experience of leading Conversational AI product/project.
• Deep understanding of various Conversational interfaces/channels (Mobile, Web, WhatsApp, IVR, etc)
• Machine Learning – Deep learning R&D, computer science, mathematics, physics, or other related fields.
• Natural Language Processing (entity recognition, categorization, text embedding, etc.)
• Designing and implementing global projects.
• Large amount of data analysis and iteration ability.
• Fluent English.
• MySQL, TensorFlow, Python.
• Coding ability, IT infrastructure, Integration.
