Description and Requirements

Work with cross-functional teams to develop a Services Operations Dashboards, compiling data from multiple databases, cross referencing and collating to build a better decision engine for Services Operations management and executives. Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which the Service Delivery Operations team analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems. Analyze service delivery data from disparate sources and vendors to provide insight and oversight of customer data, interactions, repairs, repair misses, parts usage, customer experience for multiple overall service delivery key performance indicators. Determine and recommend where use of Artificial Intelligence such as machine learning models and process automation, would be a benefit to automate solutions as it relates to pervasive issue management and early detection of cost drivers. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• 1 or more years of relevant experience
• Python; R; Tableau/PowerBI; Machine Learning; SQL; Azure or AWS; A/B Testing and statistical analysis
