Hard Skills:

• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• English (speaker)
• Strong Experience developing end to end Advanced Analytics solutions.
• Strong background in data science and analytics, especially statistical predictive models, machine learning, decision science, operations research and clinical trial feasibility, data modeling, and/or data engineering
• 3+ years Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of Machine Learning solutions
• Solid Knowledge on Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning Models
• Experience with Time Series and NLP problems
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, Java or Scala.
• Knowledge on Feature Engineering, Data Wrangling/Cleaning.

Soft Skills:

• High level of autonomy & good communication
• Opening to understand what has been required by the PO
• Adaptability
• Good attitude and insatiable hunger for knowledge is an extreme mandatory item!

Experience below is plus:

• Knowledge in Dataiku tool is a plus
• Experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms focused on Data Tools is a plus
• Experience in Data Visualization Tools, MLOps, MLCanvas, Explainable/Interpretable AI is a plus.
• Spanish (speaker) is a plus.
