Wipro is looking to for a Data Analytics & AI Consulting Leader to assist our clients in improving their business performance.

The role demands helping our clients businesses remain competitive by creating strategic solutions, leading them in their data & digital transformation, providing medium & long term roadmap on the transformation.

In this role you will be identifying key areas of improvement and suggesting strategic innovative solutions in the area of Data, Analytics, AI & Cloud. The role demands managing and mentoring a highly enthusiastic team of DAAI consultants globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of Data Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and leverage executive-level relationships to grow a sustainable network of clients
• Partner with internal leaders across Business Units and Capabilities to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs
• Responsible for expanding the global DAAI consulting business by generating new sales
• Work collaboratively with Wipro’s Domain & Consulting leadership, iDEAS eco system and pivot data at the front & canter of the conversations.
• Work alongside with Sales, Practice and Consulting teams to create & identify consulting related opportunities and projects
• Collaborate with strategic account data partners and help create a Joint GTM plan
• Work alongside CDAO advisory council to enhance the consulting portfolio
• Collaborate with domain teams in respective sectors in building industry & market facing business solutions
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the area of data, analytics, AI & cloud through POVs and Whitepapers
• Participate and support in Analyst relationship activities, internal/ external events and Customer meetings 
• Mentor N-1 consultants and support hiring initiatives across SMUs
• Bi-Weekly/ Monthly Governance with respective internal/ external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Proven consulting and data domain skills (over 20 years) working with global clients and proven experience in data & analytics led transformation
• Good end-to-end knowledge on Data, Analytics, AI and Cloud.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Good requirement elucidation skills
• A natural story teller and C-suite relationship builder
• Ability to identify large data transformation opportunities and lead them to business outcomes
