You will be part of a fast-growing Digital Consulting team in the Benelux which is a specialized management consulting practice that leverages new-age technologies across industries to grow Revenues, Improve Margins, enhance Customer Service, elevate Employee Experience, modernizes Operating/Business Models and drives Self-Service. Within the Digital Consulting team, we’re looking for an AI Consultant to join our growing team.

The Role

The AI Consultant will support the Applied Artificial Intelligence Advisory division within the Intelligent Business Reimagination (IBR) unit of Wipro Digital Consulting. You will leverage modern AI/ML, cognitive and data science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.

• Lead the development of value offerings targeted at the C-suite executive community that exploit emerging AI/ML technologies and approaches, leading practices, and/or changes in industry trends
• Collaborate with the customer to chalk out AI-led initiatives and roadmaps that can deliver customer benefits.
• Architect, Position, Design, Develop and Deploy enterprise solutions which include components across the Artificial Intelligence spectrum such as Machine Learning, Deep-Learning, Virtual Assistants and Cognitive Services (e.g., Vision/Image, Textual/Language processing). Deep expertise is needed on at least one of the components.
• Evaluate the outcome of the technical design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions as fit for purpose for customer required outcomes.
• Collaborate with our Agile Product Owners to understand client's business processes and map to create data structures and process flows.
• Communicate excellently and break down technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical people.

Skills and Qualifications required

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Empirical Statistics or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Practical experience in Consulting and in designing and implementing Commercial & Open-Source Frameworks to process end to end data management life cycle for NLP, Vision, or similar AI/ML domain.
• Ability to consult clients, advise them for better processes and AI-powered solutions.
• Passionate towards client success and enjoy working with astonishing team members
• Demonstrated expertise with at least 2 life cycles (strategy, design, and implementation).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• A can do attitude; a hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements and a real willingness to learn and participate.

Other skills…

• Dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the AI initiatives and able to create downstream automation solutions on the back of findings.
• Have very good English skills, Dutch is preferable.
• Degree in one or more of these: Data Science, Computer Science, Data Science & Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• A can do attitude; a hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements and a real willingness to learn and participate.
• Ability to construct presentation slides that are effective in conveying the intended message and visually pleasing to a high level of standard. Additionally, candidate needs to have the ability to present the information effectively to the audience.
• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation
• Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
• Delivery and project management expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges
