• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Maths or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• Certifications : Google Cloud Digital Leader & Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• 20+ years direct experience working in Enterprise Virtualization and DC migration solutions.
• 10+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise clients.
• Working experience with legacy and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and deployment, i.e. architecture best practices
• Working experience with containers and associated technologies.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions and vice versa.
• Customer facing experience of discovery, assessment, execution and operations.
• Experience in project governance and enterprise customer management.
• Willingness to travel around 30%-40%.
• Experience in Contractual Compliance management, growth and account strategy, work with Client Partners to identify opportunities of growth.
• Should have ability to interface with Customer stake holders (CXO, SVP, Directors) and arrive at Problem Definition / Business Case.
• Convince customer for innovative, value-added services and solutions - in line with Wipro’s offerings.
• Understand the Scope of work defined for new bid SI opportunities being addressed by pre-sales team.
• Identify Gaps / Risks in Technical Solution, Effort estimates, timelines and Technical BOM being proposed by Solutions teams that would pose Delivery challenges.
• Be able to challenge and effectively convey the shortcomings in the Private/Public Cloud aspects of proposals.
• Propose mitigations to the solutions team to address the gaps/risks identified. Take responsibility and drive DA to closure within the DA calendar for every bid.
• Be a decisive authority regarding all operational and organisational efforts.
• Own the growth and support the ops team.
