Required Qualifications and Skills

• Work experience:

• 5-7+ years of work experience in areas such as business development, partnerships, strategy, communication or other similar functions
• Experience working in multinational and/or multicultural environment
• Experience initiating, driving and delivering projects in complex topic areas
• Experience working in the field of AI and/or robotics industries
• Has a good understanding of the latest technology trends, particularly SW and AI, and how they impact the world
• Create strategic recommendations based on industry/market/competitive analysis
• Good team player and ability to coordinate and lead initiatives involving cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to represent Sony AI to external partners and to gain support from internal teams
• Interpret legal documents, negotiate, and handle legal processes from beginning to end
• Navigate in dynamic and evolving situations with entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Other Required Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and as a bonus, Japanese)
• Interested in interacting with a global team of top AI researchers and engineers and feel comfortable working in an international, dynamically evolving environment.
