What you’ll be doing...

You'll be part of a leading-edge advanced analytics team helping us lead with analytics across the organization to improve customer experience and drive optimal decisions in some of the world’s most unique supply chain and marketing problems. Using your analytics expertise, you’ll help us figure out how to get the most accurate information and insights from all kinds of data.

The advanced analytics team develops quantitative and computational solutions using big data, statistical analyses, machine learning, optimization and related analytical techniques to solve complex supply chain challenges.

  • Learning and understand the business processes of supply chain, marketing, and understand the tradeoffs and priorities of the business.
  • Translating supply chain challenges into analytical problems and effectively communicate results and business implications to key stakeholders.
  • Providing timelines, milestones, project plans and types of AI/ML models to be attempted for new prototype projects, and proactively coordinate projects.
  • Partnering with team and non-team data scientists to teach complex concepts, assess project feasibility, select input features and validate project output.
  • Owning the development and execution of quantitative solutions and provide predictive and prescriptive insights into supply chain strategies.
  • Designing, develop, implement, and oversee high-end analytical, technology processes and solutions with a focus on leveraging advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence methods.
  • Presenting the results and recommendations of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management and other end users.
  • Collaborating with business users to understand the business, the requirements and determine the best model.
  • Building simple yet robust models that deliver value to the customer, and incorporate feedback to drive further value.
  • Owning the development and execution of quantitative solutions and provide predictive and prescriptive insights into supply chain strategies, including forecast/planning, inventory and SKU management, etc.
  • Driving strategic efforts across the supply chain organization, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize processes and procedures that lead to improved device life cycle management, rationalized supplier portfolio, working capital optimization and cost reduction.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in using Python, SQL, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistics.
  • Experience in modeling and data science and familiar with data science tools (Python, R, SQL, Tensorflow, etc.).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain analytics, modeling, and/or planning.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
