Job Description

Become part of our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support us in driving the digitalisation of agriculture.

• Achieving more together: You drive agile work processes (using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.) in our team and work closely with the respective contact persons.
• The agile way of working: Within our data engineering community, you understand the needs of the individual members and help them find new solutions through agile working methods.
• In your new role in project management, you eliminate any areas of disruption and communicate and develop agile methodologies within the team.
• Preparing and acting as an editor for high-quality delivery status updates with corresponding content for the steering committee is also part of your varied area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree in business administration or computer science
• experience in using data visualisation tools such as JIRA or KANBAN
• at least one year of professional experience in project management and with methods such as SCRUM or agile projects
• fluent communication skills in German and/or English
• growth-oriented mindset with a curiosity to continue learning as well as improving yourself
• team player with entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive as well as energetic culture
