RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our team at Agricultural Solutions as a Data Steward for Customer Data Systems! We are committed to further developing data processes and structures and to continuously improving data quality.

• Data is your focus: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data and metadata and managing them according to data quality, compliance as well as data protection standards.
• Your versatile expertise is in demand! You will develop new data processes (including in MDM, CRM and CSP), create data validation rules, lead cleansing efforts and support migration testing.
• In addition, you will regulate as well as facilitate the sharing of this data by ensuring consent compliance and/or applying techniques such as data masking or anonymisation.
• Furthermore, you support the implementation of customer data solutions along the existing data landscape and act as an advisor for customer data sources, structures, hierarchies as well as definitions.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for the maintenance of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) rules and their alignment with CRM business rules as well as for the management of local dashboarding solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study, ideally with experience in data analysis
• demonstrated working experience with customer management systems or supporting sales and marketing tools with customer data structures
• expert in working with referential data as well as data catalogues and experienced in working with concepts for modeling relational databases
• understand data needs across the business and data science solutions
• business fluency in both English and German
