Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager who has led, guided, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of experts. Aside from being an exceptional leader who creates high engagement, the Manager is a change agent motivating the team. The Manager is also recognized for the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to easily overcome obstacles.

What you'll do:

  • Own your team’s roadmap.  You will leverage internal experts and external partners, analyze customers insights and behaviours and many data sources to refine the strategy and support your team in translating the vision in an actionable roadmap.
  • Lead, coach and support a high performing and engaged team. You will mentor and inspire a team of experts. You will help them develop their skills and their expertise and champion our digital projects and practices. You will develop a close relationship with your team members, helping them succeed in their mandate and reach their professional objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization. You will build strong relationships with your peers, external partners, and executives across our organization. You’ll communicate your strategy and influence stakeholders, supported by a deep understanding of customers, each brand objectives and business needs. You will proactively manage communication and impact upstream, laterally, and downstream. You will help your team members craft and present compelling presentations to support your roadmap, projects and to communicate the impact and results.
  • Support the team in the execution of deliverables. You will help your team prioritize their initiatives, balancing our customers' needs and our organization’s objectives. You will create a stimulating and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and increases productivity. You will help remove obstacles to ensure superior execution and will allocate resources where needed. You will anticipate issues and proactively respond with effective solutions to enable agile teams to deliver at pace. You will take accountability for results.

You will get to:

  • Redefine the team’s service model with partners and key stakeholders, and optimizing the team’s processes, tools and practices to increase collaboration, efficiency and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee performance across our partners’ websites (core web vitals, accessibility, tracking, security, etc.) and outperform the industry’s standards.
  • Contribute to annual business plans and ensure rigorous budget management.
  • Lead digital strategy through various initiatives and optimizations meant to maximize traffic, conversion and enhance user experience.
  • Drive growth through our partners’ websites to support ambitious business objectives.
  • Ensure UX, UI and content are aligned with the different brands’ guidelines and standards.
  • Build strong analytics reporting and capabilities to identify growth opportunities and SEO optimizations.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of web professionals to foster strong engagement.
  • Nurture innovation; increase the use of data and AI to improve customer experience and gain efficiencies.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration and/or Information Technology or any combination of equivalent education.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing professionals.
  • At least 7 years of experience in/or combination of; digital strategy, project management, stakeholder relationships, digital platforms.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English) – you will interact regularly with stakeholders across the country and lead discussion in each language.
  • Experience in delivering digital marketing or large-scale projects involving many stakeholders, external vendors and in managing budget.
  • Excellent communicator, proficient in presenting your ideas to various stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, you love working in a collaborative environment and inspire your team to thrive.
  • Organized, at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to prioritize.
  • Solution-driven, not afraid to challenge status-quo and innovate.
  • Results-oriented, you have a strong analytical mind.
  • Fast learner, proactive, curious and resourceful.
  • Familiar with various work processes and methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.)
