Job Description

As a Behavioral Science Intern, you will help evangelize and integrate behavioral science into our product and service design practices, optimizing business and user outcomes. Reporting to the Director, Design and Behavioral Sciences, you will be responsible for contributing to: 

• Analyze and generate actionable insights related to business outcomes, customer needs and behavioral patterns. 
• Conduct user research, including A/B testing, focus group facilitation, in-situ observation, interviews, workshops and various forms of prototype evaluation. 
• Develop techniques and methodologies to achieve business objectives drawing on extensive functional expertise in behavioral sciences. 
• Apply theory and emerging trends in behavioral science to develop new hypotheses. 

Qualifications 

Studies strongly preferred in one of the following fields: behavioral, cognitive, experimental or social psychology, cognitive sciences, human factors / human-computer interaction / or related field. Ability to communicate highly specialized information in an understandable manner. Expertise in quantitative research methods.

• You will be available 35 hours per week from January 8 to April 26, 2023.
