  About the role

  • We are looking for a Communications Coordinator for our growing team!

  What you will accomplish with us:

  • Support members of the communications team in their work on internal and external communications projects.
  • Help respond to communication requests from different internal teams.
  • Participate in the development of internal communications strategies and activities.
  • Participate in the writing, review and distribution of various internal content (notes to employees, intranet articles, newsletters, invitations to events, etc.).
  • Contribute to the design and production of communication tools, including multimedia tools (posters, newsletters and basic visual elements, recording and editing of short internal video, etc.).
  • Create presentations, conduct surveys and prepare reports for the communications team.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of events.
  • Support the team in the deployment of activities related to corporate social responsibility.

  What you will benefit from:

  • University education, or any combination of equivalent training and experience
  • At least one year of experience in project management
  • At least one year of experience in communications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, able to work independently, organized and creative
  • Able to perform analyzes and syntheses
  • Comfortable interacting at different levels

  [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country

  No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
