We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our new Rapid Prototyping team for a temporary mandate of 1 year. This team's mission is to quickly assess the feasibility, desirability and viability of innovative features or technologies through the design, development, and implementation of functional prototypes.

As an Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying functional prototypes in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of the Rapid Prototyping team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the design and development of functional prototypes by performing technical analyses and proposing solutions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (designers and developers, subject matter experts) throughout product design, development, and implementation.

• Document requirements and user stories. Support the development team in planning and prioritizing activities and tasks.

• Develop robust, complete, accessible and reusable documentation about prototypes.

• As needed, identify, and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in business units.

• When necessary, temporarily integrate other digital product teams and contribute to the achievement of their objectives.

• Participate in the ideation process for future projects.

• Challenge the status quo.

You are:

• Able to work in French and English – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

• Autonomous, proactive, curious, and resourceful. You are a fast learner.

• Motivated by challenges and an accelerated pace of work.

• A team player who can share and receive constructive feedback.

• Passionate about quality and user experience

Ideal candidate:

• Experience of 5 years and more in business, functional and information analysis

• Knowledge of applications in a web and mobile native environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a role in which you will be required to work with a rotating team. We are looking for someone who wants to work in an agile and changing environment and ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
