We are looking for an Actuarial Advisor to join our growing team!

What you will do:

  • Actively contribute to the supervision and training of actuarial analysts.
  • Work independently on ambitious and strategic projects in various areas such as, among others, pricing, reinsurance, general planning, data science and the establishment of adequate provisions.
  • Use your expertise to lead major actuarial projects.
  • Demonstrate leadership by contributing to corporate strategy discussions, seizing opportunities and sharing your enthusiasm and vision.
  • Guide your colleagues by coaching them, reviewing their work, performing technical analysis and solving complex problems.

What you need :

  • University degree.
  • Professional certification in mathematics, actuarial science, finance or economics, preferably ACAS or FCAS designation.
  • At least five years of experience in actuarial science (preferably in the general insurance sector).
  • Good knowledge of SAS, VBA, R or Python languages.
  • Desired skills: adaptability, innovation, analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, planning, organization.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country .
