Job Description

Come join the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Team as a Principal Product Manager for AI Platform at Intuit. The AI Platform provides AI/ML practitioners across Intuit the means to achieve the highest possible impact with their work by making it easy to develop, deploy and improve the AI/ML capabilities in their products.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Core Services of the AI Platform which include a number of backend services such as model hosting, runtime, orchestrations, and MLOps for AI and Generative AI development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working and innovating on a centralized AI/ML Platform supporting diverse applications.
• High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
• Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, other product managers, AI/ML practitioners, executives and vendors, with demonstrated leadership to inspire and influence beyond your immediate organization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model development lifecycle. Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.
• 5-7 years of product management or equivalent experience for technical platform products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objective, key results and success metrics for the Core Services of AI Platform
• Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI/ML practitioners and BU stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
• Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
• Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions and further democratize AI across the company.
• Follow and assess industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the AI Platform where appropriate.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $195,000 - $264,000, Colorado $169,000 - $229,000, Bay Area California $195,000 - 264,000, Southern California $188,500 - 254,400, Washington $177,500 - $240,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
