Job Description
Come join the Smart Products AI group as a Senior Staff Data Science Architect. You will be responsible for all the engineering aspects of the AI work on Mailchimp CRM, content moderation, and audience segmentation.
Qualifications
- Experience with GCP - advantage
- Industry expert in more than one of: ML, NLP, Optimization
- Expert level knowledge with modern AI development frameworks (TensorFlow, KubeFlow, pyTorch, scikit-learn), and expertise in all the steps spanning the end to end MDLC
- Has expert knowledge of data pipelines, processes, and design patterns, and can create logical and physical data models for cross-functional business problems
- Ability to drive the design and creation of reusable AI capabilities
- Drive enterprise strategy in AI/ML that align with business strategy and outcomes
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, handling varying levels of complexity.
- Drive cross-functional End-End design architecture
Responsibilities
- Working with partners to design and align on architecture for integration to deliver against the plan and priorities
- Reviewing technological solutions to help ensure excellent deliveries in terms of quality, stability, security and compliance, efficiency and op excellence
- Approving architecture decisions within the scope
- Escalating using the architecture pillar
- Leading conversations with partner architects to influence AI-driven product design and strategy
- Delivering AI/ML system designs that meet customer requirements, taking account of systems requirements, including latency, throughput, cost, and maintenance
- Reviewing complex and challenging work to help simplify and execute with speed
- Defining the vision and direction for the end to end solution, and serving as a thought leader on how to execute in a way that brings immediate value, as well as solving for the long-term vision
