Job Description

What you'll bring

• Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills - 5+ years of work experience in a data driven strategy related role, or equivalent with an emphasis on quantitative skills
• Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple programs working with technical, product and marketing teams
• Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams
• Must be able to work flexible hours specifically morning and late evening as the Product & Engineering teams for Desktop are based out of India
• Experience with and adept at learning and enhancing PMO toolkit; familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira etc.

How you will lead

Strategy & Planning

• Drive and facilitate 3 year strategic planning, quarterly planning, and ecosystem prioritization

Operations & E2E Program Execution

• Optimize operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow by bringing together complex, cross-organizational teams
• Facilitate E2E Reviews across all functions
• Own successful delivery of key initiatives, partnering with PMO for these initiatives and extend execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch across all functions.
• Serve as the connective tissue for the cross-functional teams (including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common outcome.
• Provide leadership across all cross functional teams and align key stakeholders in executive teams, product management, marketing, engineering, and various cross functional teams to effectively drive towards execution.
• Manage effective communication across the organization and at all levels to ensure continued alignment of program scope, status, risks, and dependencies.
• Portfolio & Operations Reporting & Metrics - Monitor the execution of strategic priorities and ensure goals / KPIs are met
• Be a compelling storyteller and ensure the strong narratives are data backed. • Have an innovation, experimental, continuous improvement mindset when it comes to using tools and process as enablers to accelerate delivery of business outcomes
