What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Procure to Pay – Invoice Processing, Month End Close, Reconciliation and Cash and Bank
• Advance or super user of MS Excel and SQL. Should have ability to take inputs from SOW and standardize inputs to build a scalable process to ensure compliance to contract.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and experience in financial systems (Oracle E-Suite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and manage in a matrix environment
• Persistence and focus to drive results and continuous improvement

How you will lead

• Drive PO management process to ensure PO creation, managing open to buy and spend is in alignment with our Financial spend plan.
• Run mid-month estimate and month end accrual process to provide insights on spend incurred against the plan
• Validate and approve partner invoices to ensure all applicable credits and discount are applied on invoices before it gets paid out to partners.
• Build spend cube to generate early critical insights into mid-month and month end activities to understand variances against the plan
• Be a liaison between planning and finance team to facilitate monthly, quarterly, annual financial planning process
• Simplify existing invoicing and PO processes with partners
• Actively participate in the transformation initiatives and help cross functional teams to prioritize on key system and business capabilities needed in the organization
