As the leader of Sales Capabilities Analytics, you are responsible for driving the roadmap to build durable capabilities to drive innovation and growth across Sales motions to be able to deliver at scale and improve insights quality and speed.

As a leader of Sales capability analytics you will work to extend personalization/AI models built in Web and CRM to sales for experiments, build custom lead scoring and targeting models to be fed into CDP/LLM and mature forecasting, experimentation and optimization capabilities to bring better integration with Marketing (including MailChimp). You will build talent commensurate with the capabilities vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own global SBSEG Sales capability analytics strategy and vision to accelerate insights delivery
  • Lead design and development of frameworks and models to create analytics capabilities across sales motions
  • End to End Funnel Attribution to map customer journey across cross channel touchpoints, improve multi touch attribution model and deliver channel insights
  • Lead development of robust AI/ML models by harnessing data, developing relevant features that improve the predictive power of the models
  • Extend SBSEG segmentation, targeting and experimentation platforms to drive personalization and recommendations for improving Sales efficiency and performance
  • Leverage platforms capabilities of CDP to drive lead prioritization and optimization
  • Manage capability resources, implement new products and features
  • Setup automated self-serve environments using enterprise and open source tools, like Tableau, Qlik, , Python
  • Influence central data teams to design and deliver scalable data instrumentation and foundation for delivering world class sales analytics capabilities

Partner with Data Come join Intuit’s QuickBooks Online Advanced team as a Senior Product Manager responsible for the discovery, championing and delivery of capabilities that our accountant and QuickBooks Solution Providers are looking for to meet the needs of their mid-market clients. We are looking for an experienced product manager who can lead a cross functional team to define those needs and jobs to be done, then work with our talented team of designers and engineers to develop innovative solutions that will help our partners and their clients scale their business into the mid-market and beyond.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role. Preferably for a SaaS based financial management software company.
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings.
  • Experience of Product Management where reseller partners were a key route to market for your product or service. Ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience of presenting to channel partners on a regular basis.
  • Strong project management skills and capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Experience working with research teams as well as synthesizing and translating findings into tangible roadmap deliverables.
  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • CPA qualification is a bonus given the role will require significant engagement with accountants.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our accountant and QuickBooks Solution Provider channel partners to understand what their clients need. Be their champion at Intuit, ensuring their voices are taken into consideration as we shape our roadmap.
  • Lead a cross functional team of researchers, designers, engineers and product managers to define and drive the execution of a product roadmap that supports our channel partners and their clients.
  • Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize opportunities and focus on the most impactful problems affecting new customers.
  • Collaborate with teams across the QuickBooks Online ecosystem all around the world to identify opportunities to develop greater synergy across our portfolio with regards to onboarding
  • Approach your work with a global by design mindset to ensure we’re considering the needs of all future customers wherever they may be.
  • Continuously demonstrate deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity
  •  engineering to inform and influence design, build and own single source of truth global sales metrics and dimensions for consistency
