Job Description

RMO Sputter Equipment Engineering team – Responsible to engineer solutions in mechanical, electrical, software & controls, and advanced analytic system, and provide technical support to improve/enhance ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines with upgrades, OEE, unscheduled/scheduled downtime, operations, process capabilities, indirect material (IDM)/hardware/consumables cost reduction, productivity, new product conversion requirements, media performance and defects reduction.

About the role - you will:

• Responsible and specialize in big data cleanup, algorithm design, development, validation, and deployment of advanced analytic models and system through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Data/Feature Engineering.
• Capable to develop solutions on anomaly detection monitoring with sophisticated visualization system and dashboard, and alerts to establish proper controls to sustain product quality and process performance.
• Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate models into high performance edge/IT computing systems.

About you:

• Innovative and enthusiasm in machine learning models and big data analysis.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and database management.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present data in group meetings.
• Able to commit 6 month internship programme

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master Degree in Data Science/Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming, SQL Database, and Tableau.
• Some knowledge and experience in Web development is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in MS Access, Excel, Power Point, Words.
