Job Description

Siemens Digital Manufacturing's Innovation Department is seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Science Intern to join our team. During your position as Intern, you will work closely with our data scientists to assist in the development and implementation of machine learning algorithm. Our team is working on the forefront of connecting between state-of-the-art machine learning models and real-world manufacturing challenges. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science and hands-on experience in machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models.
• Assist in the testing and evaluation of data models.
• Assist in the development of data-driven solutions for business problems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Article-Intelligence, or related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)
• Knowledge of Computer Vision (CV).
