Job Description

Your Main Activities Are

  • Processing headcount files and creating organizational charts and joiner/leaver overviews
  • Maintenance and Update of information from the different teams of the Departments in SharePoint sites and manage the permissions lists
  • Take care of invoices received in the department by collecting approvals from various managers and send those to accounting department
  • Administrative support tasks (stationary management, collect access cards for new joiners, accesses)
  • Upon request, manage corporate events and organize visits for our internal business partners
  • Produce and update internal communications
  • Assist all managers of the department of the various topics they need assistance – like on-boarding of new joiners; help with the accesses
  • Give support on the Implementation new partnerships / events with target Universities, on the business side and help increase the visibility and understanding of Global Markets Portugal within the target university/courses in order to increase the number of candidates coming from our target list of Universities/Courses

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or any related studies
  • Perfect fluency in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form (in English)
  • Be organized
  • Very strong attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
  • Autonomous, capable of initiatives, multi-tasking, fast-learner, pro-active
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
