In practice, your day-to-day

As Team Leader of the Risk Analytics team, your day-to-day life will be guided by different challenges and responsibilities:

• Assume the management of the Risk Analytics team, acting as a role model in its development;
• Managing/following the analyzes and studies of profiles and risk niches, on the entire credit portfolio, oriented towards customers/products/business segments, simultaneously guaranteeing profitability and production, which may imply the construction of historical databases and the use of specific tools;
• Ensuring the correct monitoring of the existing risk device, namely in the entire chain of rules (decision models) as well as in the performance of the Score models (eg Machine Learning);
• Ensuring data control and reliability, namely throughout the decision-making layer;
• Evaluate and contribute to the full scope of regulatory and Central reporting;
• Promote continuous optimization and simplification of processes and procedures;
• Contact with different business lines;
• Have a constructive and differentiating support role in decision making.

Are you the one we're looking for?

Do you have an academic background in Management, Information Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or similar areas? Analytics is part of your DNA and don't you lack experience in Risk?

Do you have relevant experience in building scores, segmentations and heuristics and good knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, Excel and/or PowerBI, as well as English?

If you see yourself in all of this and you don't lack team spirit, leadership skills, ability to influence/decide, excellent organizational skills (namely via ticketing), results orientation, rigor and proactivity, then you're the one we're looking for!
