Job Description

• Manager, Finance Systems & Data - Business Intelligence
• Qualifications: BE/B.tech + MBA Finance
• Experience: 10+ years of Corporate experience
• Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Competencies:

• Analytical thinking to interpret various input, build requirements, and partner to solve business problems
• Lead a team in cross-functional meetings to gather input and updates on the project, document requirements of the new process/system, sources of data or tools used
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Technical Skill set:

• Hands-on experience in developing/Supporting data models for large scale data warehouse/data Lake – Snowflake, BW
• Enabling on the overall master and reference data strategy, including the procedures to ensure the consistency and quality of Finance reference data.
• Experience across ETL, SQL and other emerging data technologies with experience in integrations of a cloud-based analytics environment
• Experience on supporting Finance Month End nd Quarter end processes
• Fair understanding of Data Strategy, Data Governance Process
• Knowledge in BI analytics and visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Suite
• Strong familiarity with Financial systems, data inter-dependencies across numerous systems and participate in system audit
